How do I send cases to your lab?
You can send digital impressions via our secure online portal, email, or through direct integration with your intraoral scanner software. We also accept physical impressions shipped to our facility.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days for most restorations. We also offer expedited services for urgent cases. Contact us for specific timelines based on your case requirements.
Do you accept digital impressions?
Yes! We accept digital files from all major intraoral scanners including iTero, CEREC, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, Planmeca, and more. Simply upload your STL or PLY files through our portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and offer monthly invoicing for established accounts. Contact us to discuss payment terms that work for your practice.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes, all our restorations come with a quality guarantee. We stand behind our work and will remake any restoration that doesn't meet specifications at no additional cost.
